We are very happy to welcome you soon to our annual conference in Balatonkenese, Hungary.

In order to support your arrival and departure as smoothly as possible, we would like to ask you a few questions about your travel plans. Based on your answers, we will organize transfers in the most efficient way.

General Info:
The price is expected to be between 45–100 EUR per person per trip, depending on how many people share the vehicle. Single passenger trip can cost up to 150 EUR. The fare should be paid directly to the driver upon arrival. Drivers provide a receipt by default and can issue an invoice upon request.

⚠️ Please note that payment is cash only in the taxis. We kindly ask you to bring the appropriate amount in EUR, as card payment is generally not available in the vehicles.

🚆 Arrival by train
Since the hotel is very close to Balatonkenese train station, we recommend arriving by train if possible.
We do not organize transfers from train stations.
Detailed train information will be sent separately.
